RENT A SPACE TO SHOWCASE YOUR WORK IN OUR RETAIL SPACE!

Thanks for your interest in renting retail space at the Buninyong Gift House!

Our shop is a new retail outlet in the heart of Buninyong Village. We will offer our customers beautiful handmade gifts, creative workshops and boutique events in Buninyong.

​

The Buninyong Gift House is located at 408a Warrenheip Street, in the village of Buninyong, housed in the historically listed old Library which also serves as the Information Centre. Buninyong Gift House is adjacent to De Soza Park and the Lions Bookshop, and opposite the Buninyong Post Office and a busy cafe precinct. The Buninyong Gift House has been also professional renovated!

WE ARE NOW TAKING APPLICATIONS FOR OUR 2022 SUMMER SEASON

  • Seasonal 3 month space running 10 December to end February

  • Your products in your own branded space 3 days a week for 3 months

  • You keep 100% of your sales

  • Be promoted on our social & email channels to our audience

  • No need to worry about all the selling, customer service, packaging and other expenses (planned and unexpected)

ABOUT THE SPACE

Our spaces are divided into various display areas, including cubes, clothing racks, shelves, and wall spaces which are all available for makers to rent and fill with their handmade products.

​

At Buninyong Gift House we believe you should be able to exhibit what you like without paying any commission on sales, so our spaces are 100% commission free.

​

Rental spaces are on a three month seasonal turn around and are subject to availability.

WHAT IS INCLUDED WITH YOUR SPACE RENTAL

  • you’ll keep 100% of all sales

  • you’ll choose what you stock

  • you’ll get to choose your prices

  • you’ll get to decide what props get used with full control over how your products look (we may make suggestions from time to time to ensure your space looks professional and inviting customers to purchase your products)

  • you’ll have your business cards and branding accessible to customers

  • reporting of payment and sales will be on a monthly basis

  • you’ll be promoted on social media

  • you’ll be able to take advantage of the constant promotion of the spaces via regular events and store-wide marketing

An annual Membership of $50 will apply. This will be invoiced upon your successful application to the Buninyong Gift House.

Every maker is different, so we like to chat with all new Makers to work out the best space to suit their handmade products!
