SHIPPING

We post nationally and to New Zealand with Australia Post tracked parcels with insurance for the parcel value. Estimated delivery times within Australia are 2-6 business days and 5 business days to NZ (metro areas). If you would like us to post internationally or you require express shipping please contact us before making your purchase.

We take great care to ensure each order is packed appropriately to withstand damage during transit. We don’t take responsibility for parcels once they have been collected by Australia Post, please check your tracking information for delivery status. We may include signature on delivery for more valuable items.

Some items may be a custom order which take longer to prepare, if this is the case it will be stated in the item description.

 

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

We are careful to quality check each item before sending it but if you receive a faulty or damaged product please notify us straight away. If your item is found to be faulty, you will be offered a refund, repair or exchange including shipping costs. Please notify us if you receive your item faulty or damaged within 14 days.

Please note: Exchange are not possible if you have ordered a custom or personalised item so please contact us first if you are unsure. any of our artist’s products are one of kind handmade pieces which cannot be replicated so if you have any concerns about sizing, shape, colour etc don’t be afraid to ask us for more details!

SIZING

We ask our artists to be as specific as possible with sizing and dimensions in their product descriptions but if anything is unclear just send us a message, if we can’t answer your questions we’ll put you in touch with the artist.
